Two ways to work with us: bring us in as your scanning subcontractor, or refer projects our way and get paid when they close. Either way, your client gets survey-grade documentation and you get a partner who answers the phone.
We launched the program with the two structures partners actually ask for. If your situation doesn't fit either, use the form anyway and describe it — the program will grow from real requests, not guesses.
For AE firms, surveyors, GCs, and owners' reps
Your project needs as-built documentation, but reality capture isn't your trade. We work under your contract as the scanning subcontractor: you keep the client relationship, we deliver point clouds, models, and drawings to your spec under your deadline.
For brokers, contractors, architects, and consultants
You keep meeting building owners who need scanning; it just isn't your job to provide it. Send them to us. When a referred project closes, you earn 5–10% of the project's value — the exact rate is agreed in writing before your first introduction, and the fee is paid once the client has paid us.
The requirements exist so that a partner project runs exactly like a direct one. Everything below is confirmed during onboarding — one conversation and a short document exchange, not a procurement gauntlet.
Working the other direction — you're a scanning operator with capture capacity to offer us? Use the form and say so. We keep a short list of field-capture partners for peak load and distant metros, held to the same requirements above.
NavVis VLX3 mobile mapping with ±5mm accuracy under survey control — walking-pace capture that doesn't sacrifice registration quality.
Revit models from LOD 200–350, 2D CAD, and point clouds in E57, RCP, LAS, or PTS — matched to the software your project already runs.
Headquartered in Powell, Ohio, working across Ohio and the Midwest, and mobilizing nationwide for the right project.
Referral fees are 5–10% of the closed project's value. The exact rate is agreed in writing before your first introduction — so the terms are fixed before you make a single call — and the fee is owed once the client has paid us, not at contract signing.
Yes. A mutual NDA is part of the standard subcontract paperwork, and we're happy to sign yours instead if your firm has a required form.
That's the normal arrangement for subcontract work. You hold the client contract; we deliver to the scope, formats, and schedule written into ours with you.
Not today. We work as a named subcontractor on your team rather than delivering under your brand. If white-label matters to your firm, tell us in the form — launch scope follows demand.
Ohio and the surrounding Midwest are home turf, with regular work in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. For larger projects we mobilize nationwide.
Use the form on this page — it goes straight to the team, not a queue. You can also call 614-210-3679 or email info@zealotrecap.com and mention the partner program.
