Terms & Conditions

1. Services

ZEALOT Reality Capture provides professional 3D laser scanning, reality capture, and Scan to BIM services. Our services include but are not limited to building documentation, point cloud generation, Revit modeling, CAD drawings, and as-built documentation.

2. Project Scope & Quotes

All projects begin with a detailed scope discussion and written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Project scope changes may result in revised pricing and timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Site Access & Safety

The client is responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to the project site. This includes:

• Coordinating site access permissions and scheduling
• Ensuring the site is safe for scanning operations
• Notifying us of any hazards or special safety requirements
• Providing necessary PPE requirements for the site

4. Deliverables & Ownership

Upon full payment, all deliverables become the property of the client. This includes point cloud data, BIM models, CAD drawings, and any other project outputs. ZEALOT Reality Capture retains the right to use anonymized project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon delivery of final deliverables
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

6. Accuracy & Limitations

Our scanning equipment provides accuracy of ±5mm under normal conditions. Accuracy may be affected by environmental factors, surface materials, and site conditions. We will communicate any limitations or concerns specific to your project.

7. Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions to deliverables. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

8. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 7 days before scheduled scan: Full deposit refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Less than 7 days before scheduled scan: 50% of deposit retained
• After scanning has commenced: Full deposit retained, plus payment for work completed

9. Liability

ZEALOT Reality Capture carries professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, site access issues, or third-party actions.
